He appreciated God for giving Nigeria and particularly Kogi State such an illustrious and industrious son and father in the person of Archbishop Sam Amaga.

“As a committed and faithful servant of God, Archbishop has demonstrated his love and care for the young ones by establishing Salem University Lokoja for the harvest, grooming and development of change agents that could impact the world.

“This singular feat has indeed made our Chancellor a patriot and mentor, who has made significant contributions to the spiritual and educational growth and development of Nigeria,”

The VC added, “As our Chancellor and spiritual Father, you have made significant impact on the lives of many, particularly members of Foundation Faith Church and students of Salem University Lokoja that will continue to linger for eternity.”

Johnson-Akubo said that nothing could be far from the truth that the chancellor has done well in serving humanity and has left legacies that many generations would continue to remember and emulate.

“It is with great delight that the management, staff and students of this citadel of learning, join the Church and well wishers across the country in congratulating you on the occasion of your 70th anniversary.” the VC said.
