You wake up in the morning, rush to work, work all day and worry about your family all your life. It’s time to treat your self right by eating good food while enjoying the money you make. What’s life after all!

Try this recipe for your fish and your eating life will never remain the same again.

In a small pot, whisk together white wine, onions and garlic.

Cook over high heat until reduced to half. Remove from heat, cool slightly. When mixture is warm, cut in butter and whisk together. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Bring to room temperature before grill them. Heat grill over high heat.

Brush fillets with lemon juice and some melted butter and season with salt and pepper. Grill fish for 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fish flakes easily with a fork.

Place fish in plates and top with the butter sauce. Serve immediately over warm pasta or with shrimp instead of fish, if you prefer.

You can eat what you made with cooked potato, salad, steamed veggies, brown rice as well. As much as we want you to enjoy your food, we also want you healthy.
