The national President, Counselling Society Of Nigeria, (CASSON) Professor Malami Umar Tambawal,who is also the Vice Chancellor,Shehu Shagari University of education Sokoto announced that over 1000 participants expected to attend the 47th national Conference of the association which is scheduled to hold at Bayero University.
He disclosed when he lead the national and Kano executive officers to a courtesy call on the Vice Chancellor, Bayero University, Professor Sagir Adamu Abbas and the Vice Chancellor, Yusuf Maitama Sule University, Professor Muktar Atiku Kurawa respectively.
Professor Tambawal added that ” The forthcoming conference which was scheduled to hold next month would be the 47th national conference of the CASSON where over 1000 participants are expected to attend at Bayero university Kano, and we are certain from what we have seen during our inspection visits to the venue and other places, the conference would be one of the best without doubt”. He emphasized.
In their separate responses, Professor Sagir Adamu Abbas of Bayero university Kano and Professor Muktar Atiku Kurawa of Yusuf Maitama Sule University assured the delegation of their readiness to gives maximum support towards the success of the annual conference, and thanked the national President and his entourage for their homage.
The national President was accompanied by some of his exco Dr. Vera, Madam Helen while the Kano State executives under the leadership of Malam Ahmed Iliyasu and Associate professor Kabir Bello Dungurawa were in the entourage of the national President.
