1900 prospective Corps members to participate in orientation course in Nasarawa – NYSC

National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Nasarawa state has said a total of 1900 prospective Corps members are expected to participate in the 2021 Batch A Stream II Orientation course scheduled for May 18 to June 7, 2021.

This is contained in a statement signed by Mrs Lucy Laha, Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the scheme in the state and made available to newsmen in Lafia today.

According to Laha, the 1900 prospective Corps members are expected from across the country to converge and participate in the orientation course at the Magaji Dan Yamusa NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp in Keffi local government area of the state.

Laha added that the state Chief Judge, Justice Aisha Aliyu is expected to swear in the Corps members on May 21st in a ceremony expected to be low key.

“A total number of one thousand and nine hundred Corps members are being expected,” she said.

She then called on all members of the public to assist prospective Corps members travelling from across the country to Nasarawa state get to their destination without being exploited especially by transporters.
