2023 : Gov. Sule will get easy ride, says Nasarawa Speaker

“…as citizens trooped out to receive the Governor in a ground style when he returns from foreign trip…”

HE WILL BE A TWO TERM GOVERNOR.

Although the 2023 general election is still far ahead in the country, but the scenario in Nasarawa State this Saturday has signalled the political dimension in the state.

In what looks like a political campaign of sort and a general acceptance of a leader, the people of Nasarawa State across the 13 Local Government Areas in the state from Karu, the boundary LG with FCT, citizens converged in various LG borders to give the state number one man a befitting welcome.

The Speaker of the state assembly, Rt. Hon.Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, who received the Governor at welcome to Lafia alongside prominent sons and daughters of the state said the show of love and solidarity for the Governor demonstrated by the people of the state has clearly shown that his leadership is fruitful and generally accepted by the entire citizens.

“You will recall that precisely two weeks ago the Governor was out of the country for a private trip abroad, we mist him and he is now back so we are here to give him a well deserved welcome.

“He is the leader of the state, our father, he is the Governor, so we thanked Almighty Allah, who protect and see him safely throughout the trip”

“His returned will bring more peace, bring more prosperity and bring more development to our dear state.

” With what you and I and every other person see today, how the Governor, Engr.Abdullahi A Sule was overwhelmingly received, you know that by the Grace of God, he will be a two term governor that will get his reelection in 2023 at a easy ride. the Speaker added.

It was gathered that citizens of the state both the high and the low came out in their numbers at boundaries of each Local Government and received the Governor in a ground style.
