2024 NUJ Credentials Committee Concludes Screening of Aspirants for Sokoto State Council Election

The 2024 NUJ Credentials Committee for the Sokoto State Council election has completed the screening process for all aspirants vying for various Union offices.

In a statement issued on Monday by the Committee’s Secretary, Abdallah el-Kurebe, the provisional list of aspirants will be posted on the notice boards of all Chapels and the Press Centre on Tuesday. This will allow for claims and objections to be submitted until December 2, 2024.

The statement further explained that all claims and objections must be backed by valid evidence or supporting documents, with copies to be submitted to the Secretary between November 29 and December 2, 2024.

The Committee urges all Union members to continue cooperating with the committee throughout the process.
