Jigawa state farmers have been called upon to vote Malam Umar Namadi Dan Modi of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in order to enjoy real contuinity in agricultural transformation.
The call was made by the Jigawa state chairman of the All famers association (AFAN), Alhaji Idris Yau Mai Unguwa Jaga in a chat with our correspondent during a campaign rally at Gwuiwa local government, where he assured that agriculture would continue to receive a boost under Dan Modi.
Mai Unguwa Jaga added that it is known that Jigawa state is one of the best in agriculture where farming remained the mainstay of the economy of the state which would be given more consideration under the leadership of Malam Umar Namadi who is the current deputy governor of the state.
He commended governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar for keeping democracy live in Jigawa state by supporting contuinity in governance which is the best way of transforming the state to an exemplary domain.
In conclusion, Idris Yau Mai Unguwa Jaga called on the Jigawa farmers to ensure that they collected their voters card that would enable them to elects good leaders in the forthcoming general election which is fast approaching.
