NNPCL Raise Fuel Price to N557 per liter

According to reports, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has raised the pump price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) at its filling stations nationwide.

Platforms Africa has revealed that the company has provided a pricing template to its franchise marketers, indicating a range of N557 to N488 per liter, depending on the consumer’s state of residence.

Industry sources have confirmed the authenticity of this template.

For instance, the official price at NNPC filling stations in Lagos is set at N488 per liter, while in Borno state, it is N557 per liter.

However, the pricing template for other fuel marketers remains uncertain.

This template, which has gone viral, was accompanied by the following message:

“DEAR ALL. Following management’s approval of an upward review of NNPC PMS pump prices, as shown in the table below for Mega/Standard/Leased Stations, please find the schedules for the RMSs and Wayne to handle.

“Please implement the approved meter change, effective today, May 31, 2023. Wayne is responsible for attending to all locations within their coverage area in our network.”
