Labour Minister Simon Lalong Recieves Former Governor Of Niger State Senator Abubakar Sani Bello

Former Governor of Niger State and Senator representing Niger North Abubakar Sani Bello has paid a courtesy visit to the Minister of Labour and Employment Simon Bako Lalong and the Minister of State Hon. Nkeiruka Onyeajeocha to congratulate them over their appointments.

During the visit to the headquarters of Ministry of Labour and Employment in Abuja, Senator Abubakar Sani Bello said the appointment of Simon Bako Lalong as Minister of the Federal Republic by President Bola Tinubu is well deserved and appropriate because of his vast experience and contribution to the country.

While wishing Lalong well in his new appointment, he assured him that he will support him and collaborate in his capacity as a law maker towards ensuring that the Ministry of Labour and Employment fulfills the task of providing jobs for Nigerians and protecting the dignity of labour.

In his response, the Minister, Simon Lalong said he was happy that the distinguished Senator who is a long time friend and ally has personally come to pay him a visit depsite just returning from a medical trip and still recuperating.

He appreciated Senator Bello and also congratulated him for his victory and Swearing-in as Senator of the Federal Republic, saying he believes they will work together to ensure that the Renewed Hope Mandate of President Tinubu is actualised.

The Minister and Minister of State also continued receiving briefings from the various departments of the Ministry.
