Builder Jeremiah Satmark has been Inducted by the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria, CORBON, as a certified professional builder licensed to practice anywhere in Nigeria.
Builder Satmark, who is also the Chief of Staff to the Governor of Plateau State, Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, who expressed a feeling of satisfaction and professional upliftment, thanked God for the honour, and promised to be at his best to maintain high ethical standards and make CORBON proud.
Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, who, as special guest of honour was represented by the Plateau State Hon Commissioner for Works, Bulus Lekshak, commended CORBON as an institution not only for finding his Chief of Staff professionally worthy, but for striving to maintain global best practices in the building industry by putting standards and regulatory controls in place.
Accompanied by his wife, Builder Satmark said “I’m honored to join the ranks of Builders I have deep respect and admiration for, the able, dedicated, and courageous men and women who serve this council day in and day out even in the face of danger and huge personal costs. To them, I pledge my utmost support, dedication, and solidarity”.
Satmark also said ” I am overwhelmed with joy as an inductee, as a Member of the Council, and I promise to contribute my quota to the building sub-sector of the national economy”.
Satmark, who responded on behalf of 420 inductees, was also thankful to the Chairman and Council Members for the due diligence carried out on this set of inductees that qualified them for the honor.
The Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON) is a corporate body empowered to regulate the practice of building construction, maintenance, and management in Nigeria, regulating and controlling the practice of the building profession in all its aspects and ramifications, and also conducting professional accreditation of tertiary academic Institutions and training facilities for the building profession in Universities & Polytechnics.
