Ogun State Couple Arrested for Involvement in Killing 45-Year-Old Man

Moses Mba and his wife, Florence, have been apprehended by the Ogun State Police Command in connection with the death of Mark Kalu, a 45-year-old man. The incident reportedly occurred on October 8, 2023, at Osiele market in Abeokuta, Odeda Local Government Area. The altercation between the couple and the deceased resulted in injuries to Kalu, who sadly passed away on January 6, 2023. The Divisional Police Officer in Odeda received the report, revealing efforts to mediate by local leaders. However, Moses Mba and Florence Moses are now in custody for a preliminary investigation. The deceased’s body has been deposited at the Federal Medical Center in Idi Aba for an autopsy. The couple is alleged to have engaged in a fight with the victim, leading to his untimely death.
