BREAKING: Nnamdi Kanu seeks transfer to Kuje prison from DSS custody

Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has petitioned the Federal High Court to relocate him to Kuje prison from the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS).

Kanu alleged that the DSS lacks adequate medical facilities to address his health issues and expressed concerns about a potential conspiracy for his demise while in DSS custody.

He voiced his grievances, stating, “Visitors are restricted, and there are no medical facilities available. I suffer from congestive heart failure, and my health is deteriorating. Despite my swollen foot, they refuse to perform necessary surgery. It seems there’s a plot for me to perish in custody. I urgently request to be moved to Kuje prison.”
