A Nigerian bride shared her experience of being asked by her pastor to remove her false eyelashes during her church wedding.
Jessica Okah recounted the incident on TikTok, revealing that the pastor had mentioned the issue of her eyelashes before the wedding day.
Despite forgetting about it, Jessica thought it would be overlooked during the ceremony. However, during the wedding, the pastor halted the proceedings and insisted that she remove her lashes.
Describing the moment as surreal, Jessica complied with the pastor’s request, and the wedding ceremony resumed after she had taken off her false eyelashes.
