Qua’an-Pan Council Chairman Pledges People-Centered Development Projects

The Executive Chairman of Qua’an-Pan Local Government Council, Hon. Christopher Audu Manship, has committed to delivering people-oriented projects that directly benefit grassroots communities. He announced this during his official visit to Makeri House, Jos, where Qua’an-Pan lawmakers were engaged in a two-day training session on effective legislative processes.

According to our correspondent, the training aims to enhance lawmakers’ capacities in promoting sustainable development and advancing good governance within Qua’an-Pan Local Government.

Hon. Manship expressed his dedication to collaborating closely with the lawmakers and aligning his initiatives with the Plateau State Government’s “Time is Now” agenda, as well as Governor Caleb Mutfwang’s vision for the state. In a statement signed by his Senior Special Assistant on Media, Danaan Cletus Sylvanus, Hon. Manship reiterated his commitment to fostering socio-economic growth in Qua’an-Pan, stating, “We have outlined our strategies.”

Engaging with the training participants, Hon. Manship highlighted the importance of the session in promoting informed decision-making, effective policy implementation, and enhanced service delivery for the people of Qua’an-Pan.

One of the facilitators, Mr. Adamu Izang, commended the council’s leadership and expressed confidence in the training’s potential to drive positive results.

Speaking on behalf of the lawmakers, Deputy House Leader Hon. Kung Dashe Naanbam lauded the Chairman’s dedication, pledging the legislative arm’s support in bringing governance closer to the people. He assured that the lawmakers would apply the knowledge gained from the training to drive meaningful development for Qua’an-Pan residents.

Hon. Manship was joined by other dignitaries, including Council Secretary Hon. Joseph Dashe, Local Government Chief of Staff Hon. Dangwan Raymond, and the Director of Personnel Management (DPM).
