Gov Mutfwang focused on improving lives — Joyce Ramnap.

By Israel Adamu, Jos

The Plateau state government on Tuesday said the Barrister Caleb Mutfwang administration is working out policies and programmes aimed at making the lives of the citizens better.

Commissioner for information and communication Hon Joyce Ramnap made this known while speaking at the opening ceremony of the 2025 ministerial press briefing in Jos.

Hon Ramnap said it is my honour and delight to welcome you to the official opening of the Plateau State Ministerial Press Briefing a flagship event in our drive for open, inclusive, and accountable governance.

This is not just another briefing. It is a bold and transparent stock taking exercise, where Ministries, Departments and Agencies will lay bare their scorecards highlighting the work done under the dynamic leadership of His Excellency, Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, over the past two years.

Today, we showcase progress, confront challenges, and share the roadmap ahead.

This forum is proof that the Time Is Now administration walks its talk delivering real impact while keeping the people informed and engaged every step of the way that Plateau may shine.

We believe that governance thrives on trust and trust is built when citizens see results, ask questions, and get honest answers.

That is what these briefings are about: openness, dialogue, and shared responsibility for the growth of our dear Plateau.

She added that the Caleb Mutfwang would always continue to put the needs of citizens first in his dealings.

Our correspodent reports that several commissioners and heads of agencies and departments were invited to speak on the achievements of Governor Caleb Mutfwang in the past 23 months.
