Popular social media critic VeryDarkMan has officially introduced his girlfriend to the public, triggering widespread reactions online, especially in light of long-running rumours linking him to content creator Jojo of Lele.
The outspoken critic shared photos of himself with his partner across his social media platforms, formally announcing their relationship. Accompanying the images, he wrote alongside a love emoji: “She’s here, bye Internet for now,” signalling a brief break from social media.
The revelation comes amid months of speculation surrounding his alleged relationship with Jojo of Lele, who has on several occasions referred to VeryDarkMan as her “husband,” fueling rumours that the two were romantically involved. Reports suggest Jojo publicly laid claim to him nearly a year ago, keeping fans intrigued.
VeryDarkMan’s name had earlier surfaced in controversy in February 2025, when he mentioned Jojo of Lele among women allegedly linked to media personality Nedu Wazobia, who was accused of trading romantic favours for media exposure. Jojo swiftly denied the allegation, stating, “I have never had anything to do with Nedu.”
Following the fallout, VeryDarkMan invited Jojo to a private dinner in Abuja. Shortly after the meeting, Jojo openly confessed her feelings, saying, “I’m in love with VDM,” a declaration that reignited public interest in their relationship.
