The Executive Chairman of the Kogi State Internal Revenue Service (KGIRS), Sule Salihu Enehe, has extended Eid-el-Fitr greetings to the management and staff of the agency, marking the end of the Ramadan fast.
The message was conveyed in a statement issued by the Head of Corporate Affairs, Muhammad Mukhtar Idris, on Thursday. Enehe wished staff peace, good health, and happiness, and expressed hope that the values associated with Eid-el-Fitr would strengthen harmony, tolerance, and cooperation within the service and among taxpayers.
He also urged Muslim faithful to uphold the lessons of Ramadan by promoting selflessness, discipline, and mutual support in their daily lives.The chairman encouraged staff to use the festive period to pray for the continued progress and development of Kogi State.
