The Taraba State Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku’s quest to read the State of kidnapping, banditry and all forms of criminality has yielded a positive result with the proactive steps that has been adopted in the state.
Member Representing Karim,Lau and Ardo Kola at the House of Representative Danladi Baido made this known while speaking to newsman in Jalingo.
Baido said at the middle of 2019 kidnapping was on the increase in Northern Taraba, but was checked due to the proactive steps adopted by Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku and security agencies.
The Lawmaker who in his new year message, advised Youths to distance themselves from mischief-makers who will only use and dump them to foment trouble to the detriment of their future.
Danladi Baido averred that kidnapping was alien to the state and wondered why it was rampant in the state and called on Tarabans to report any suspicious person in their domain to designated authority.
He stressed the need for Tarabans to love and tolerate one another for the sake of development saying no society progress when there is a crisis.
Speaking on the recent state of affairs in the Peoples Democratic Party, the legislator stated that Taraba State remains a stronghold of the PDP under the leadership of Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku with Victor Bala Kona as the Chairman.
