The President, Muhammadu Buhari, is presiding over a virtual Federal Executive Council meeting at the State House, Abuja.
Daybreak learnt that the Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo; Secretary to Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha; and Chief of Staff to the President, Professor Ibrahim Gambari are among those in attendance.
Also, ministers are attending the meeting from their various offices in Abuja.
