BREAKING: Court dismisses Kaduna teachers suit against Gov El-Rufai

National industrial court sitting in Kaduna on Tuesday dismissed suit filed by Kaduna state school teachers against the Governor, Mall Nasir El-Rufai over alleged compulsory  retirement and termination of their appointment.

Recall that over hundreds teachers of state public school went to court for having their appointment compulsorily retired and or terminated by el-Rufai led administration for failure to score 75 percent in the competence test set for them in the state.
