The commissioner for environment, Dr. Kabir Getso has commended the management of Kano state polytechnic under the stewardship of Dr. Kabir Bello Dungurawa for keeping the organisation’s environment clean.
He made the commendation when the Kano state environmental sanitation task force paid a visit to the polytechnic to ascertain the environmental sanitation of it’s premises, adding that what the task force witnessed is a testimony that Kano state polytechnic is in strict compliance with the Kano state environmental sanitation regulations.
Dr. Kabir Getso added that ” we have seen how you keep your environment clean and this proved that Kano state polytechnic is in good condition and the state ministry of environment is happy with the rudeness of your premises which would continue to be recognised”. He emphasized.
Responding, the Rector, Kano state polytechnic Dr. Kabir Bello Dungurawa discloses that “we are pleased to inform the visiting task force that our Seven point agendas includes keeping our environment clean because we agreed that a clean environment is always a better place like what we maintained in Kano state polytechnic”. He lamented.
Dr. Dungurawa thanked the commissioner and his team for the encouraging visits, and assured that Kano state polytechnic would continue to keep it’s environment clean and tidy like what is being seen today.
