NCC warns network providers against disregard of their customers

The Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC) has admonished network providers to respond to customers complaints in a timely manner so as to avoid paying fines imposed by the commission.

According to their tweet;

“Network providers should ensure to resolve consumer complaints in a timely manner to avoid paying fines that may be imposed by the Commission. #qualityofserviceregulation #consumereducation #serviceobligation”
