Following the judgement of the Election Petition Tribunal declaring the Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP Governorship Candidate in the September 22, 2018 governorship election in Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke the winner, the All Progressive Congress, APC in the state has rejected the verdict.
According to the party through its Director of Publicity, Research and Strategy, Kunle Oyatomi Esq, ‘the verdict cannot stand superior legal scrutiny. Therefore we will appeal against it’. He said.
