Senator Nora Ladi Daduut has congratulated the newly elected National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda Goshwe, on his emergence as party leader.
In her congratulatory message, Senator Daduut, who represented Plateau South Senatorial District in the 9th National Assembly, expressed confidence in Yilwatda’s capacity to unify party members and reposition the APC for greater electoral victories.
“This is a testimony that the National Leader of our party, His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the APC leadership believe in his capacity to steer the party to greater heights,” she stated.
Daduut, who currently serves as Pro-Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Akure, described Yilwatda as a visionary and distinguished academic whose leadership would bring renewed focus, unity, and strategic direction to the party, especially in the lead-up to the 2027 general elections.
She urged the new chairman and the National Working Committee (NWC) to work collaboratively to transform and strengthen the party’s internal structures.
“We are confident that under Professor Yilwatda’s leadership, the APC will experience renewed unity, strategic direction, and grassroots re-engagement—all of which are crucial for consolidating the gains of the Tinubu-led administration,” she said.
Daduut further commended the APC leadership for ensuring a seamless transition in the party’s top hierarchy and reaffirmed the party’s commitment to internal democracy, excellence, and accountability.
