Atiku presents Buhari’s academic qualification form at tribunal

*** Challenges the result of the February 23 presidential election

*** Calls on tribunal to recognise him as president

Atiku Abubakar has presented President Muhammadu Buhari scholastic capability form which is a piece of the form containing the president’s personal information.

The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party who is contesting Buhari’s triumph in court displayed the form on Monday, July 8.

Levy Uzoukwu who is Atiku and PDP’s lead attorney presented Form CF001 before the presidential election petitions tribunal.

He additionally presented receipt and affirmation letter from the INEC director of legal, which were altogether conceded in evidence by the tribunal.

Atiku stated that Buhari deposed to an affidavit where he “claimed that all his academic qualification documents as filled in his presidential form, President APC 001/2015 are currently with the secretary Military Board.”

In the interim, Atiku has started the introduction of witnesses at the presidential election petition tribunal as he welcomed Buba Galadima.

Galadima has been a savage commentator of President Buhari and fills in as spokesperson of the PDP presidential crusade group.

Also, the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Adams Oshiomhole, made an appearance at the proceeding.

This is the first appearance of the chairman of the ruling party.

Conversely, the chairman of the PDP, Uche Secondus, has been going to the proceedings.
