The chairman, benue internal revenue service, birs, mr emmanuel agema has strengthened collaboration with the federal road safety corps, frsc, towards tackling vehicle registration, driver’s license challenges.
The tax boss made this disclosure during an interactive session with officials of the motor vehicle administration(mva), unit of the federal road safety corps who visited him at the revenue house in makurdi.
The chairman, who spoke through his media assistant, jacentha bernard stressed the need for vehicle owners to ensure full registration of their vehicles as well as renew vehicle particulars for faster development.
According to the statement, the stakeholders at the meeting discussed issues bordering on the challenges bedeviling the service, particularly in the area of vehicle registration and renewal of vehicle particulars and how to address it.

The meeting discussed issues bordering on the challenges of vehicle registration and renewal of driver’s license among others”, towards uplifting revenue generation for the state.
