EID-EL-KABIR: Rev. Pam enjoins Muslim faithfuls to exemplify obedience of Holy Prophet

The Executive Secretary, Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission, NCPC Rev Dr Yakubu Pam has enjoined Muslim faithfuls to exemplify the obedience of Prophet Ibrahim as they celebrate the Eid- el- kabir festival.

In a message to felicitate day with Muslims , Rev. Pam urged them to put their trust in God as they celebrate the obedience and trust in God as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim.

Rev Pam further urged them to let the sacrifices they make during this period translate to peaceful co-existence with their neighbors and shun divisive tendencies.

Furthermore, he admonished them to use the Eid-el-kabir festival to pray for the success of the new administration of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu so that the mantra of Renewed Hope of the new administration will be achieved.

He called on Nigeria s to pray for the nation so that the government will be able to deliver on its promises for a better life for citizens, adding that,” we must be able to make sacrifices as a people if we must enjoy the dividends of democracy”
