#EndSARS: Governor Wike adjust curfew in Oyigbo LGA

Governor Nyesom Wike has eased the 24-hour curfew he imposed in Oyigbo local government area in Rivers state.

According to a statement released, the curfew will now be from 7pm to 6am.

”The Rivers State Security Council met today & reviewed the curfew in Oyigbo LGA. From Wednesday November 4th, the curfew in Oyigbo LGA will be from 7pm to 6am Effort to recover over 50 riffles stolen from burnt Police stations and killed security personnel would be maintained.”

The curfew was imposed following the clash between security agents and hoodlums who hijacked the #EndSARS protest in Rivers state.
