Executive Director GABASAWA Children Empowerment Initiative, Evangelist Doris Yaro has lost his mother, late Rev. Rahila Wakshama who slept in the Lord.
According to Evangelist Yaro, his late mother slept in the Lord on the 6th or February , 2022 in Lagos State after a brief illness.
She was born on 30th August, 1950 in Borno state, attended
the Nigerian Bible College in Northern Nigerian where she obtained a Diploma in Theology.
In addion to her Theological work, madam Wakshama started her health out reach as an auxiliary nurse with the American Health Missionaries in Jos.
Late Rev Rahila Wakshama was known for her selflessness, kind, humane and accommodating lifestyle. In fact, her love for humanity knew no bounds while on earth.
She is survived by her loving husband, Rev Inusa Wakshama, eight children, sixteen grand children, five son in-laws, one daughter in-law and her eldest sister.
In a statement signed by her daughter, Evangelist Doris Yaro the of remains of late Theologian will be laid to rest on 12th February, 2022 in Jos, Plateau state capital.
May her gentle soul rest in the bosom of the Lord.
