Federal Government Opens Recruitment into Civil Service

The Federal Government, through the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC), has announced the commencement of recruitment into various positions within the Federal Civil Service.

In a statement issued on Monday, the Head of Press and Public Relations for the commission, Taiwo Hassan, revealed that interested and qualified Nigerians can submit applications via the official recruitment portal.

Hassan emphasized that applicants are permitted to apply for only one position, warning against multiple submissions.

The statement read: “The Federal Civil Service Commission is now accepting applications for various vacancies in the Federal Civil Service. Details of the vacancies are available on the commission’s website, www.fedcivilservice.gov.ng, and in national newspapers.

“Eligible candidates should apply for only one position using the application link: https://recruitment.fedcivilservice.gov.ng. Applicants with physical disabilities should clearly state the nature of their disability.”

Applicants are required to upload the following documents as applicable:
1. Curriculum Vitae
2. Ph.D./Master’s Degree Certificate
3. Degree/HND/NCE Certificate
4. WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Certificate
5. Primary School Certificate
6. NYSC Discharge/Exemption/Exclusion Certificate
7. Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
8. Local Government Identification
9. Recent Passport Photograph

All applications must be submitted no later than Monday, March 10, 2025.
