IGP orders arrest of Activist, Sunday Igboho -Presidency

The Inspector-general of police (IGP), Mohammed Adamu has ordered the arrest of popular Yoruba activist Sunday Adeyemo popularly known as Sunday Igboho, over the quit notice he issued to herdsmen in Oyo state. 

Presidential spokesperson Garba Shehu according to BBC Hausa, confirmed the arrest order during its programme on Friday. 

Shehu said the IGP directed Oyo commissioner of police, Ngozi Onadeko to arrest Igboho and transfer him to Abuja.
