Impressive turnout of voters in Plateau

Citizens of Plateau state on Saturday came out en masse to cast their votes at the Governorship and House of Assembly elections .

Our correspondent reports that as early as 7 .30 am , voters were at Plateau Hospital junction Polling unit in Jos North Local Government watching with keen interest as INEC officials prepared the ground for the election .

Similarly in some polling units Barkin Ladi local government people were seen in their numbers as early as 7 : 15 am trying to exercise their franchise

There were also very impressive turnout of voters in Shendam ,Mikang local government are of the state.
