The Jigawa state chairman of All Farmers Association ( AFAN) Alhaji Idris Yau Mai Unguwa Jagaihas congratulated the newly sworn in commissioners for being members of the state’s executive council by governor Umar Namadi.
In a statement he issued in Dutse, Mai Unguwa Jaga disclosed that with the new commissioners, jigawa stste would become an examplary state under the leadership of Malam Umar Namadi and his government.
The AFAN Chairman lamented that ” On behalf of the state executives of our great association, the local government and ward leaders as well as the Jigawa farmers, i wish to congratulates our commissioners and all the appointees for being members of the Dan Modi administration, and we are certain that our dear state would become one of the best in Nigeria”. He said.
Mai Unguwa Jaga reassured that AFAN would continue to support the administration of governor Umar Namadi in order to succeed in agricultural sector which remained one of the Dan Modi’s 12 points agendas.
