Kaduna high Court arraign Sen. Na’ Allah’s Son’s suspected killers

A High Court of Justice, Kaduna Judicial Division, on Thursday arraigned three persons suspected to be the killers of Abdulkarim Bala Ibn Na-Allah, son of Senator Bala lbn Na-Allah.

The three suspects were charged on three count charges bordering on criminal conspiracy, robbery and culpable homicide under justice Amina Bello.

Earlier, in his submission, the Kaduna state Solicitor-General, Dari Bayero asked the court to discontinued the case for mentioning as the 1st and 2nd defendants were not represented by any counsel at the court.

Speaking to newsmen, shortly after the end of court session, Barr Bayero said, the 1st and 2nd defendants must be represented by counsel(s) for fair hearing.

Also in his submission, the counsel to the 3rd defendant, Barr Avong Emmanuel requested for the bail of his client on the ground of health challenges.
The application for the bail of the 3rd defendant was however not granted by the court.

Report has it that the suspects forcefully gained access into the resident of the deceased at Umar Gwandu Road Malali, Kaduna during the night hours, choked him to dead in cold blood and made away with his Lexus SUV to an unknown destination.

However, the case has been adjourned till 21st March, 2022 for proper arraignment and trial.

Recalled that the victim, Abdulkarim, a pilot, was killed in August 2021 at his home in Kaduna.
