Nigeria At 60: Democracy Brought Development Despite Challenges – Dawakin Tofa Council Chairman

Nigeria’s Democracy has brought good progress and betterment through electioneering process since independence, where every sector remained inclusive at both rural and urban settlements.

This was disclosed by the executive chairman of Dawakin Tofa local government council, Honourable Ado Tambai Kwa in a chats with our correspondent in Kano, adding that with competent leaders, Nigeria would continue to advance in a democratic dispensation.

Ado Tambai Kwa reiterated that ” with good leaders, Nigeria would be greater and cope with other developed nations because we are really blessed with competent and professionals that can be used to implement all the best government policies with optimum results”.

He disclosed that through democracy, Nigeria would become more competitive, progressive and transparent especially when all hands would continue to remain on deck towards the implementation of all programmes related to national development at all sector and levels.

Honourable Ado Tambai Kwa congratulates the people of Nigeria on the occasion of the national independence celebrations, and thanked the entire people of Dawakin Tofa local government area for supporting his administration and reassured that more programmes would be brought that are fruitful to their livelihood without bias.
