Officials of INEC, at 5:00 pm on Sunday, arrived a polling unit to commence the rescheduled voting exercise in Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State.
The officials, three of them, arrived at exactly 5:00p.m, mounted their cubicles and commenced accreditation of voters.
The Polling Unit 19 is located at Oghonu Square, Ope Street, Agbassa under Bowen Ward, Warri South Local Government Area.
As at the time of filing the report, voting has commenced with a few electorates seated under a canopy.
Recall that election in three wards in Warri South Local Government Area was rescheduled for Sunday morning by 8:00am, but just commenced at the polling unit at 5p.m.
None of the INEC officials was ready to speak with Journalists when they arrived with the materials.
