Osun ALGON Inaugurates Executive Council

The Association of All Local Government Organization of Nigeria ALGON, Osun State Chapter has Inaugurated the Executive members of the Forum of local government Vice-Chairmen of the Association.

It is in a bid to further strengthen the unity between them and their Chairmen.

Inaugurating the 13 member Exco, the state ALGON Chairman, who is also the Chairman, Ifedayo local government of the state, Hon. Abiodun Idowu, applauded the crisis free scenario which ensued in the emergence of the new Exco.

He admonished them to ensure the smooth running of the local government across the state as well as make sure that the growth and development of their respective Councils is given the top most priority.

According to him, “you need to ensure a smooth working relationship between you and your chairmen in order to let people enjoy dividends of democracy.
“You should also at all times strive to propagate the good works of the present administration to ensure that the second term bid of Mr Adegboyega Oyetola becomes a reality.” Hon Idowu told the newly inaugurated Exco.

Responding on behalf of the forum, the new Chairman Hon. Victor Fatoki, who is also the Vice-Chairman of Boluwaduro LCDA, pledged the readiness of the forum to assist the present administration in its drive to always put smiles on faces of the citizenry.

Hon. Fatoki also pledged total loyalty to the state Exco of ALGON being led by Hon.Abiodun Idowu.

In attendance at the inauguration were the vice Chairman of the ALGON in the state, Hon Fafowora Folarin, the Secretary, Barr. Bisi Oladosu and Treasurer Hon. Fatoki Rafiu.
