Our Women Economic Intervention  Yieding Success-Mata Zalla President.

The national  president of the “Mata Zalla entrepreneur  Multipurpose Cooperative society” Hajiya Hauwa Ahmed has said that there is an improvement in the ongoing women empowerment  programme they initiated for women economic advancement in kano.

Speaking to newsmen in her office, Hajiya Hauwa Ahmed  stated that they have already launched an electric vehicles(EV) scheme for women in kano to provide job opportunities  to female gender who can ride electrict tricycles  within the city of kano in order to reduce unemployment and boost  economy.

She added that the programme was initiated to bring women into commercial electric tricycle riding to convey women across the city of kano which would also facilitate better transportation  within the city state respectively.

Hajiya Hauwa Ahmed  emphasized that ” we are facilitating an enabling process for safer transportation of women and their families to represent gender in public transportation across 8 local governmengs in the metropolitan areas and we found the programme much appreciation”.

The national president reassured that the programme will certainly bring sanity in the transportation system in kano city, adding that from the commencement of the programme, public reactions is increasing which is an added advantage to the initiative.

In conclusion,  Hajiya Hauwa Ahmed announced that more tricycles would be allocated to women drivers and their door is open to all those who wish to be part of the gesture or having any enquiries  can visit their office which is situated close to KAROTA Headquarters  club road kano.
