Panic Strikes Family as Two Children Go Missing in Lagos

The Adeniji family in the Ajegunle area of Lagos State is in distress as two children, Amirat Adeniji and Kadijat, have gone missing, sparking fears of a possible kidnapping. Amirat’s father, Rasheed Adeniji, revealed that the children disappeared on New Year’s Eve from their residence on Mobil Road, Ajegunle-Apapa, Lagos.

According to Adeniji, the children were last seen playing in the passage, and a witness informed them that the girls were holding N50 notes, intending to buy biscuits. However, they never returned after that encounter, leading the family to suspect a potential abduction.

Rasheed Adeniji appealed to Nigerians for assistance in locating the missing children and expressed concern about their safety. Despite visiting several police stations, there has been no trace of the girls.

Lukman, Adeniji’s brother, mentioned that he heard of another boy going missing in the same area on Monday, raising further concerns about the children’s well-being. The Divisional Police Officer at Amukoko, Bawa Malik, assured that they would collaborate with other police stations to address the situation.
