The National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has rejected the incorporation of Justice Joseph Oyewole as an individual from the Osun State Governorship Election Appeal Tribunal.
The fundamental resistance said it has just requested of the leader of the court, questioning the incorporation of Justice Oyewole in the intrigue board dependent on the reasonable probability of his being one-sided against the individual of Senator Ademola Adeleke and the PDP, under which he challenged the 2018 Osun State governorship decision.

Ologbondiyan clarified that Justice Oyewole (JCA) is an indigene of Osun State and he had filled in as a High Court judge of Lagos State and had in this way served under the organization of Senator Ahmed Bola Tinubu, the national head of the APC, while he was the legislative head of Lagos State.
He focused on that when the seat of the Chief Judge of Osun State ended up empty a few years back, upon the retirement of Justice G.O Ojo, Tinubu demanded having his blessed applicant, Oyewole, on the legal executive of Osun State at all expense.
