Some prominent Nigerians and representatives of foreign governments and agencies have arrived for the inauguration ceremony for the president-elect, Bola Tinubu.

Cited are the former Governor of Ogun, Gbenga Daniel, former Osun governor,  Gboyega Oyetola. Former Speaker of the House of Rep, Demeji Bankole, former Super Eagles star, Daniel Amokachi, and Minister of Special Duties and Intergovernmental Affairs, George Akume among others.
Central Bank Governor, Godwin Emefile is also present at the event.
Our correspondent also cited some foreign delegates. The event is slated for 10 am.

Tight security

Our correspondent observes the presence of stern-looking security operatives at Eagles Square, while all the roads leading to the venue were cordoned off.
Deployed at the venue of the event are anti-bomb vehicles, and Armoured Personnel Carrier
