Plateau APC Appeals Against Fake Primaries Results

Ugar Ukandi Odey, Jos

The All Progressives Congress, APC, in Plateau State has warned against the circulation of fake list of purported winners of the congresses it held to elect its councillorship and chairmanship candidates in the forthcoming local government elections.

In a release signed by the Party’s Caretaker Committee Secretary, Bashir Musa Sati, the APC calls on members of the Party to “disregard the fake list and avoid making statements that will promote the agenda of mischief makers”.

Noting that the clarification has become necessary so that no member of the party is misled, the statement adds that “the APC management will use the appropriate channels of communication to announce the results of the Party primaries in due course”, and that all complaints and grievances shall be properly addressed.
