Plateau North Senatorial race – INEC declares rep Simon Mwadkwon winner

The Member representing Barkin-Ladi/Riyom Federal Constituency of Plateau State in the House of Representatives Simon Mwadkwon has won the Plateau North Senatorial election .

Mwadkowm polled 155,681 votes defeating the Candidate of the Labour party Bar Gyang Zi who scored 79,831 ,while the Candidate of the APC Chris Giwa scored 78,393 votes .

Also the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Tuesday declared Hon. Musa Agah of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) winner of the Bassa/Jos North Federal Constituency Election conducted on Saturday, 25th February, 2023.

According to the INEC returning officer, Prof. Josiah Wutiyil, Musa Agah scored 87, 609 to beat the candidate of the PRP Hon Muhammad Alkali who scored 67, 331
