President Buhari Condoles Families Of Late Sarkin Sudan Malami Shehu

The President on behalf of the government, extended his condolence message to the family and friends, Sultanate, Government, and the people of Sokoto state over the irreparable loss.

The President’s message was delivered to the family of the deceased by the Minister of Police Affairs Alh. Muhammadu Maigari Dingyadi (Katukan sokoto).

The statement by the Press Secretary to Minister of Police Affairs, Osaigbovo Ehinsiemen said Late former Ambassador Shehu Malami died on Monday the 19th of December at a private Hospital in Cairo, Egypt and was buried on Thursday in his Sokoto hometown.

President Buhari, described the news of the death of the sokoto Prince and a Businessman, Dr. Shehu Malami as a great shock and sad development.

President Buhari Said the late Sarkin Sudan was a business leader respected globally who believed in this country’s economic prowess.

President Buhari added that, the late former Sarkin Sudan of Wurno was an icon of Business and industry and a graceful traditionalist whose passing away is a big loss to the entire nation.
