Your eyes are one of your most precious assets — essential for navigating the world and experiencing life to the fullest. While we often hear about the importance of protecting them, few people know how easy it is to maintain healthy vision with just a few daily habits.

By adopting these straightforward lifestyle changes, you can reduce your risk of vision loss and keep your eyes sharp and healthy well into your later years.


1. Eat for Your Eyes

Nutrition plays a major role in eye health. A diet rich in vitamins A, C, E, zinc, selenium, and carotenoids like lutein and zeaxanthin can help prevent age-related eye conditions like cataracts and macular degeneration.
