Rape Scandal: Busola Dakolo claims Police forced her at gunpoint to sign a letter reacting to rape allegations against Pastor Fatoyinbo

Busola Dakolo has called the attention of people claiming she was forced by the police at gunpoint  to sign a document countering her rape allegation against COZA pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo.
According to Busola Dakolo,  some armed men forced her into a van and made her speak in pidgin English to a man who claims to be their superior officer. She claimed the document she was forced to sign contained allegations of “criminal conspiracy, falsehood, mischief and threat to life” leveled against her and her husband, singer Timi Dakolo.

“One was holding a gun and the second, a letter. They told me they were from IG’s (inspector general of police) office in Abuja and that I needed to sign this letter and acknowledge it,” Cableng reported she said.

She added that the incident happened while she was driving home and was followed by a tinted mini van. She also stated that she and Timi Dakolo were invited by a special tact force of the Inspector General of Police over allegations of “falsehood and criminal conspiracy” on July 23, with same not extended to Biodun Fatoyinbo.

“Our culture doesn’t allow speaking of these sorts of things against anointed men of God. They’d rather hide it, and the party that is being victimized tends to live with that self-blame,” she said.
“The damage on the survivor is extremely terrible but the society, the church, keeps sweeping things under the carpet.”
