Sokoto Gov Gifts 3,200 Pilgrims 1,000 Saudi Riyals Each

The gift, approximately ₦450,000 was an Eid gift. This gesture aims to support the pilgrims financially as they prepare to return home to Nigeria.

1,000 Saudi Riyals (approximately ₦450,000) per pilgrim, 3,200 pilgrims from Sokoto State

The gestures was to provide financial support to pilgrims as they return home

 The statement by the Press Secretary to the Governor Abubakar Bawa further explain that the Governor expressed gratitude to the pilgrims for their good conduct and behavior during the Hajj pilgrimage, noting that none of them were involved in any misconduct in Saudi Arabia.
