SOKOTO STATE CHAPTER OF ASIWAJU VOLUNTEERS COMMENDS PRESIDENT TINUBU FOR APPOINTING SOKOTO INDIGENE AS BOARD MEMBER, FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC, NYAK

The Sokoto State Chapter of the Asiwaju Volunteers has commended President Bola Ahmad Tinubu for appointing Dr. Yakubu Maccido as Board Member of Federal Polytechnic Nyak, Plateau state.
This was contained in a statement by the Permanent Secretary General Services, office of the Secretary to the Federation, Mr. Nnamdi Mbaeri. Bashar Abubakar who passed the information to our correspondent said the statement described the appointment of Dr. Yakubu as well deserved adding that the appointee is a committed and dedicated personality.
It expressed optimisms that Maccido would use his wealth of experience in moving the institution forward. The statement also thanked the Sokoto State Governor Dr. Ahmad Aliyu, Senator Wamakko and APC for their relentless efforts in securing appointments to indigenes at Federal establishments and beyond.
