While giving a breakdown of the total expenditure committed into satellite town development, Wike revealed that Paikom – Kore- Ibwa road was reconstructed at the sum of 8.5 billion Naira, while the total presidential value of over N50 billion Naira has been committed for one Area Council and the development of satellite towns.

He said, ” Cordinator of the STDD. Satellite Town Development Department, Abdulkadir Kulifu make sure that you scoop the bridge now, so I will include it in our 2025 statutory budget.”
Wike thanked the National Assembly for their usual support, adding that no other minister of any city before him has had it so easy.
Earlier, the Minister of State for FCT, Dr. Mariya Mahmoud appreciated the community members for their patience and cooperation during the construction period.
