Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda Succeeding – Dr. Halimat Tejousho

Dr. Halimat Adenike Tejousho is the founder of the Queen Adenike Tejousho Foundation, renowned for her dedication to voluntary human development programs supporting the underprivileged, persons living with disabilities (PLWDs), and other vulnerable groups.

In this interview with our correspondent Jabiru A. Hassan in Abuja, Dr. Tejousho shared her views on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s commitment to advancing Nigeria’s development and the foundation’s efforts to contribute positively to the lives of less privileged citizens.

Dr. Tejousho explained, “Nigeria is a vast country with unique governance challenges, yet President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda is making impactful strides across various sectors.”

You’re recognized as a prominent philanthropist, uplifting people from diverse backgrounds, especially the less privileged. What motivated you to focus on humanitarian assistance?

I’m glad to discuss my humanitarian work with the Queen Adenike Tejousho Foundation. Human development has become increasingly crucial, especially in today’s evolving challenges. Our foundation has built a strong reputation for its unbiased charity work, and we are committed to making it a continuous project with God’s grace.

Given your longstanding efforts to assist the underprivileged, what are your future plans for humanitarian aid?

This is a critical question. Building on what we’ve achieved, we plan to expand our programs to improve the livelihoods of vulnerable individuals, with a special focus on people living with disabilities. We have ambitious plans, and our foundation is progressing well.

As a philanthropist, how do you view this administration?

From my perspective, President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is making remarkable progress with his Renewed Hope Agenda. I’m proud to support the ruling party and to have contributed to its success. President Tinubu’s dedication to the development and progress of our country as a democrat is clear.

Can you share insights into Tinubu’s success stories?

Certainly. The President is working tirelessly to restore Nigeria’s lost glory through various initiatives. His Excellency Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has made significant strides in multiple sectors because he understands the nation’s core issues, which is why his administration is succeeding.

If invited to serve in the federal government, what would you bring to the table?

Having played a part in President Tinubu’s electoral success, I would be honored to contribute if called upon. I’m ready to apply my experience to support the President in tackling current challenges with maturity and dedication. I am confident Nigeria will continue to thrive under President Tinubu’s capable leadership.

Thank you for the opportunity to share my thoughts. I call on Nigerians to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his administration, as he has a comprehensive blueprint for the country’s progress.
